Product overview
Configured around the real production duty.
StepLine brings piercing, forming and cut-off operations into a coordinated station sequence. Strip progression, pilot strategy, slug control and access for setting are resolved early so the tool can be understood as a complete production system.
The modular construction supports maintenance of the working details and allows wear components to be replaced without unnecessary disturbance to the wider assembly. Tool size and station count remain driven by the actual part and press.
