Tool names and catalogue descriptions explain the kinds of configurable tooling and support that may be discussed. Images and specifications are illustrative of a tooling type rather than an offer to supply a fixed off-the-shelf item. Every production requirement is subject to technical review, written scope and quotation.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A quotation may state assumptions, exclusions, validity, programme, payment, delivery and tax treatment. Unless a written quotation says otherwise, website content is not a binding price, lead time, warranty or performance commitment. VAT is applied where legally required.
Contract formation and changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate drawings, samples, process information and authorised approvals. We are not responsible for consequences of incomplete, inaccurate or late information. Production or modification may proceed against agreed data and approval stages.
Supply, delivery and risk
Availability and delivery arrangements depend on the specific quotation. Any programme is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise. Title, risk, inspection and acceptance provisions will be governed by the applicable quotation or contract. Customers should not commit production resources until the relevant arrangements are confirmed.
Intellectual property
Website text, design, graphics and original imagery are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation but may not republish, sell or commercially exploit them without permission. Project-specific ownership and licence terms are determined by the relevant contract.
Liability
