ThermoPress provides a stable matched-tool foundation for compression-moulded parts. Working faces, charge behaviour, venting and release are considered as one system to support defined geometry and manageable finishing work.
The mould can incorporate removable details, heating provisions and controlled flash lands where the component and process require them. Final construction is agreed against material behaviour, press arrangement and maintenance priorities.
